I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the large window into the bathroom was a bit odd. The location is fantastic, right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which I loved. However, the service could be improved, as I struggled to get immediate help when needed. Overall, it has great potential but a few tweaks here and there could really enhance the stay.
